We inspect all items before we post them on the website. Since the items are handmade, they may have slight variations in color, weave and thickness. These variations are not defects and instead reflect the unique character of each item. Nevertheless, we want you to be fully delighted by anything you buy from us. We accept returns/exchanges on items in new condition for 30 days from the date you receive it. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice. If you have registered with us, we may be able to locate a record of your purchase for you.
If you need to ship the items back, shipping charges and insurance for sending the items back are your responsibility. We require that you buy shipping insurance to make sure we receive your return. Original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

Your credit card company or bank may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Sale or special items:
Returns are not accepted on items designated "No Returns" or "As Is".

We will make every effort to find a similar product to exchange for your return. However, please note that some items are unique and one of a kind, so we may not be able to find another one just like it. In that case, we'll contact you to discuss options. Ship your unused item back with insurance to the address below with a copy of your invoice.
